2. You only have 1 hour to delete/remove your reservation. To do this, just delete the comment you left on the picture of the item that you chose. For pre-order items, there is no need to reserve. Just fill out the order form and wait for our confirmation before making your payment. For faster transactions, please call or text us using the contact numbers given.
3. We will only reply to questions that are not specified in the description of the items or albums.
4. Orders are considered final once the order form is submitted. Meaning, you cannot take back your orders anymore because we would also make an order once we receive your order form. Hence, this would cost us money.
5. No return/No exchange/No refund (unless item is unavailable or if we choose to cancel the transaction because of an unexpected item damage). Descriptions and actual pictures of the items are shown here already. If you have any doubts or hesitations, please do not place an order. We can assure you that we will not ship any damaged item. We would rather cancel the transaction than to ruin your trust by shipping items not in perfect condition. Online shopping is a trust-based business. We can do meet ups if the preferred location is accessible to us.
6. Buyers should shoulder the shipping fee. This will be included in the total amount to be paid. Unless a certain number or amount of orders is met that we have decided to shoulder the shipping for you instead.
7. Upon submission of the order form, please contact us using these numbers: 09178002214/09174025588/. This is to know if the items are ready for delivery and to give you the payment details and the total amount that needs to be paid before the delivery.
8. We would usually leave a caption under the photo of the item that is already sold/reserved/out of stock.
9. No more haggling. Prices here are already final.
10. Please keep the receipts of your payments for future verification.
11. We will give special discounts to our loyal shoppers and bulk orders.
12. Items will be shipped via Air 21 or xendexpress. You must be willing to wait within 3 days for your items to be shipped. Timeframe includes item packaging, shipping and delivery.
